Speece Family

Here's another session from my recent trip to FL. I was able to photograph the Speece family at their brand new house! I loved their property and enjoyed getting to know them as well. Here are a few pics from the shoot. Being the dog lover that I am, I had to include some of the ones where we brought the furry members of the family outside! :) Thanks for letting me come 'play' in your yard!

Daryl & Joanna

This is an engagement session I photographed while in FL in October. Daryl and Joanna are a wonderful couple, and I really enjoyed photographing them. They are so in love with each other, and that made my job a piece of cake! Here are just a few of my favorite pics from the session...there were so many amazing ones, it was hard to choose! Matt and Kara

Today I photographed Matt and Kara's wedding in Nags Head, NC. I really enjoyed spending the day with them and their family & friends! These are a few of my favorite images. The last one is of the ring bearer 'helping out' by letting everyone know that the flower girls had dropped something! :) I thought it was cute. Thank you Matt and Kara for making Pete and I feel welcome and part of the family! Have a great week at the beach and may today be the beginning of a lifetime of wonderful memories as husband and wife!

Haley

Here are a couple images from Haley's photo shoot. As you can tell, she has quite a colorful personality! She entertained me for the evening as she practiced her 'modeling skills' and tried to trick me by making goofy faces right as I was taking the pictures. Luckily my finger was faster than her faces! She is always fun to be around and a willing model for me to photograph :)

John, Allana, Kimmy, & Abby

So I was trying to decide which pictures to post first, and I chose a couple from this session. Mainly because these girls are so sweet and I love being around them, and also because I'm tired of hearing John complain that his picture isn't on my business card (even though my card was created BEFORE this shoot) ;) heh heh. You have the privilege of being my first blog photo post, so you can't complain anymore!!

Welcome to My Blog!

Hello Friends,

As many of you know, I have been in the process of getting settled back into VA life with my husband. Things are starting to fall into place here so I will be able to spend more of my time photographing and finishing my website ! :)

I know there are several of you who are eager to see more of my work, sooooo....Since I was already going to start this blog as part of my website, I decided to go ahead and get it going now. I will post some pics from recent shoots I have done, and things I have lined up over the next couple months! Stay tuned...
