Hello Friends,
As many of you know, I have been in the process of getting settled back into VA life with my husband. Things are starting to fall into place here so I will be able to spend more of my time photographing and finishing my website ! :)
I know there are several of you who are eager to see more of my work, sooooo....Since I was already going to start this blog as part of my website, I decided to go ahead and get it going now. I will post some pics from recent shoots I have done, and things I have lined up over the next couple months! Stay tuned...

Our lives are filled with unique intricacies that define who we are – shaping our identities and relationships. It is my passion to capture these intimate moments – a tender embrace between a parent & child, a subtle loving glance of a bride toward her groom, or the expression on a man’s face as he reflects over 20 years of military service – & preserve them as cherished memories for future generations to enjoy. To me, portraiture is not about simply looking at a person & recording their appearance. It is about looking within a person & capturing the essence of who they are. Photography is not just what I do – it is part of who I am! Even at 3 years old, I would patiently wait for butterflies to land on flowers so I could photograph them. During a high school photography class, I decided to turn my passion into my profession. I completed the photography program at Daytona State College & over the past 12 years, I have photographed numerous weddings, events & portrait sessions.
